Site visits for commercial flooring contractors · Dallas-Fort Worth
Get the floor job before it goes out to bid.
I find facility and operations managers in DFW who need a new floor and book them straight onto your calendar for a site visit. You walk the site, quote it and close it.
Most floor work reaches you too late.
Commercial jobs usually show up as a GC bid package or a Google lead. By then the buyer is collecting several quotes and price decides it.
Facility managers often know a floor needs work months before anyone writes a bid. Bidless reaches them during those months, so the first contractor they talk to is you.
How it works
From target list to signed job
Set the target
We agree on the jobs you want: minimum square footage, the kinds of buildings and how far your crews will drive.
I do the outreach
I contact facility and ops managers at warehouses, food plants, dealerships and other buildings that fit. This part takes none of your time.
Visits hit your calendar
When a manager wants a quote, I book the site visit and send you the notes: building, square footage, current floor and timeline.
You quote and close
You run the visit the way you always do. I follow up with the prospect afterward so nothing goes quiet.
The deal
You only pay for visits worth your time
What counts as a qualified visit
All three, every time
- The person who approves the job is at the visit.
- The floor is above the minimum we agree on (for example, 5,000 sq ft).
- They want the work done within 90 days.
If a visit misses any of these, tell me within 24 hours and it doesn't count.
No retainer
No setup fee either. The standard deal is a small fee for each qualified visit that happens plus a commission on the jobs you close.
Rates that fit your jobs
The numbers aren't fixed. A shop doing 40,000 sq ft warehouse floors has different margins than one doing showroom floors, so we set the fee and commission together based on your job sizes. Then it all goes in a one-page agreement we both sign before I book anything.
Your existing customers stay yours
If I book someone you already work with or already quoted, tell me within 48 hours and there's no fee.
